Manodaya / Dr Sreerag Ashok provides psychiatric consultation services privately—via online, home visits, clinic, or hospital settings. We are not a business entity for GST; no GST or tax is collected or processed.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Use of our site, booking system, or services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Information is provided “as is”. We cannot guarantee accuracy or completeness and disclaim liability for errors.

4. Intellectual Property

All website elements (text, graphics, layout) are owned or licensed by Manodaya / Dr Sreerag Ashok and may not be reused without permission.

Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking Process

Appointments are scheduled online, and payment transaction details are stored securely via a secure third-party booking system.
You may choose online, home visit, clinic, or hospital consultation.

Changes by You

Cancel or reschedule no less than 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund.
No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours or for no-shows.

Changes by Us

If we need to postpone your appointment, we will notify you and provide either a new slot or a full refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued via Razorpay using the source refund mode.
Refunds typically process within 6–8 business days. Timing may vary by payment method.

Payments, Fees & Dispute Policy

Payments use Razorpay; your card or UPI data is not stored on our site.
A secure third-party booking system maintains booking and transaction details for scheduling and record-keeping.

Payment Capture

Payments are auto-captured within 3 days; uncaptured authorizations are auto-refunded by Razorpay.

Fees & Taxes

No GST or taxes apply.
Razorpay may deduct processing fees from the settlement.
We are responsible for any applicable statutory disclosures.

Dispute & Chargebacks

Disputes may be raised up to 180 days post-payment.
We will respond within 3-5 days to avoid penalties.
Dispute resolution protocols from Razorpay and relevant card networks apply.

Analytics & Communication

We use Google Analytics to monitor traffic and improve experience.
Marketing emails or updates are only sent to users who opt-in. You may unsubscribe any time.

Postponed Appointments

In case of postponement by us, we will notify you and provide either a new slot or full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

No physical products or shipping apply—Manodaya / Dr Sreerag Ashok only provides consulting services.
